Returns, Exchanges & Shipping
At Sorros, we are committed to delivering products of exceptional quality and a seamless shopping experience. Please review the following policies carefully before placing your order.
Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Returned with original packaging
All returned items are subject to inspection upon collection.
Approved returns will be processed within up to 7 working days after the item has been received and inspected.
Please Note
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Sale and discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Each order is eligible for one post-purchase request only (return or exchange).
Exchanges
Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchanges are processed within 3–5 working days, subject to product availability.
To qualify for exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Returned with original packaging
Please Note
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Out-of-stock items cannot be exchanged.
- Additional shipping or handling costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed and delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on your location and order volume.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS to monitor your delivery status.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. Customers may be contacted by phone during each attempt.
If delivery cannot be completed after the third attempt, the order will be returned to Sorros.
Orders refused upon delivery may not be eligible for future cash-on-delivery purchases.

By placing an order with Sorros, you acknowledge and agree to the policies stated above. Sorros reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
